Anne Celeste Heche was an American actress known for her roles in a variety of types of film, television and the theater. She received numerous accolades including the Daytime Emmy Award and a National Board of Review Award. Anne Celeste Heche was an American actor. She died on the 11th of August 2022. She made her debut as the twins Vicky Hudson and Marley Love on the soap opera Another World (1987-1991) winning the Daytime Emmy Award and two Soap Opera Digest Awards. In the late 1990s, she began to become famous for the roles she played in the crime drama films Donnie Brasco and Volcano, the film about horror I Know What You Did Yesterday Summer as well as the comedy about politics Wag the Dog. Anne Lockhart is an American actress. Her birth name is Anne Kathleen Maloney on September 6, 1953. She's best-known as Lieutenant Sheba in the Battlestar Galactica TV series from 1978 to 1979. She's the daughter and granddaughter of actor Gene Lockhart. Lockhart was a professional from the age of four. The first time she appeared on screen was aged four, when she appeared on T is for Tumbleweed. This short film about a topic was selected for an Oscar award. The mother and daughter spent much of their time on set, learning about the industry. Lockhart also appeared in a few scenes of Lassie. Dora in Jory was her first film in 1972. The year was 1972 and she was just 18 years old when she portrayed the daughter of Joan Crawford on The Sixth Sense. Joan was the only actress to appear in The Sixth Sense. Many believe that Anne did not want to play Laurie Strode for John Carpenter's Halloween in 1978. Jaime Lee Curtis was chosen to play the role. Carpenter states that the actress turned down his offer to be Laurie Strode. Anne does not recall ever being approached by John Carpenter or being offered the position. There is a chance that her agent declined the role on her behalf, without notifying her. Glen Larson, who had given her the initial draft script of a part in the tv show Battlestar Galactica from 1978, first chose her. She initially rejected the role due to the fact that her character wasn't robust. Then Glen wrote a new part specifically for her, with an even stronger character called Sheba. After having read the first 25 pages of story The Living Legend she accepted instantly. It lasted for just one season. The actress starred alongside Desi Arnaz Jr. (son of Desi Arnaz and Lucille Ball) Melanie Griffith and Robert Carradine in the film Joyride (1977) as well as co-starred along with Michael Moriarty in the horror film The Dark Tower (1987).
